Worldwide Golf is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). No separate end user license agreement applies. In the Standard EULA, "Application Provider" means NTD Consulting and Ventures OÜ.

A few plain-language points

  • A game, not a service for real golf. All courses, events and players in Worldwide Golf are original and fictional. They are not affiliated with any real golf course, tour, player or organisation. In-game distances, conditions and results are for entertainment only.
  • Play fair and be kind in local matches. Choose display names that are not offensive and don't impersonate anyone.
  • Beta features. Multiplayer is marked as beta. It may change, and it depends on your local network and the devices involved.
  • Your data. How the app handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Free to play, one optional unlock. The download is free and the free version shows ads. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks the full game and removes the ads. Apple sells and bills it; refunds go through Apple. Restore the unlock on another iPhone with the same Apple Account via "Restore purchases".
  • Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing on this page limits consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Intellectual property

Worldwide Golf, its name, logo, courses, artwork, audio and code are owned by NTD Consulting and Ventures OÜ or its licensors. They are protected by copyright and other laws.
